In honor of the last Sugar Cane cocktail, we offer The Last Harvest. The soy sauce gives it a bit of bitterness….

The Last Harvest

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 2 oz fresh squeezed sugar cane juice
  • 5 drops soy sauce
  • 2 splashes lemon juice
  • Instructions

Shake all in cocktail shaker. Pour into a martini glass. Drop a chunk of pineapple into the drink.
